Morning Routine: Senior Yoga

To get up, and get going feeling energized, stretched and centered!
This is a very gentle stretching series that allows you to expand your spine in all directions, and warm up those achy bones, muscles and joints after a night in bed. PLEASE do these stretches slowly, with your breath, and at your own pace. Be sure to listen to your body. Rest, stop, or pause the video if needed. Start slow, and over time, you will feel the difference in your body, your energy level, and in your day. You will be surprised at how great your body feels, and how centered and yet energized you are after just a few minutes.
